RtfTabbedTextformat export option by default

Hi,

Related to "RtfTabbedTextformat" export option to RTF, would it be possible to include this export mode in your Stimulsoft Dialog by default when a report (preview or designer mode) is saved as RTF (now only tables and frames modes are available)?.

Hello,

"RtfTabbedTextformat" export mode - this is the old mode. It is retained only for compatibility with older versions, and we are not going to improve it. So we do not plan to add it to the export dialog.

Hi Andrew,

I asked you for this option because in the same way that topic "Export to rtf using Tabbed Text format" (opened by Stephan1 and Posted: miércoles, 29 de junio de 2011 10:41:00), our customers want's .rtf file and edit the text after export, so using the other .rtf formats like rtftable are not a valid option.

With other export to RTF options, when you try to place the mouse at the end of text and use ENTER button, the following text you type is not displayed correctly so only with RtfTabbedTextFormat is easy to edit report.

So this is the reason for my request.

Hello.

It can be problems with export to plain text rtf with structure of document. And we don't intend to support this feature in future.

We recommend you to use Table or Frame export mode.

Maybe you should try to use export to other format such as xls.
