Dependent Variables list-type

I am using the Designer.Wpf.exe provided by the 2016.1.3 Build.
I am trying to create two multi-select variables with the later one being dependent to the first one.
Unfortunately, dependent option is not available when I select List as variable type.

I am trying to accomplish the multiselect parameter behavior of SSRS.
Is there a problem with the WPF designer or a limitation of Stimulsoft?

Sorry, but the dependent variable could bot be created for list type variable.
