Special Character Issue

Hello,

I am facing an issue regarding Special character.
Lets say I am putting one special character in Report Header text box (Report Name plus Å) and in the designer preview it is showing fine.

But when I execute report from UI it gives me error. I am using Flash designer.

Please help me in this regards.
