When I use JS Designer to open a mrt with chinese characters,the chinese shows garbed.I have attached the mrt file in attachment,and also upload the screenshot with garbed character positon with red color line.

This issue was already fixed.
Please, upgrade to our latest build (2016.1.9 from 2016.04.22).
The encoding in your report template is wrong.
Please, add the Chinese text in the latest build again.
