Images in web report

Hi,
We want to use an image in our web report. The image is located in the same server, so we want to read the image from the harddisk for example c:\XXX\groupx\images\test.jpg NOT http://..../test.jpg
we created two variables (image path and image name) we could read these variable and print them in the report as a text.
The question, how to display the image by using these variables?
