How do you make a report that can switch between pages?

Post by Ichiorochi »

So I have been wondering, is it possible to make it so that even if you have two report pages that only one will be used for the report? For example I have one report page for customers that pick up their order themselves and one where it is delivered. And if possible, how?

Hello,

Sorry, maybe we did not exactly understand your question. Could you explain your issue in more details?
Also, as a way, you can use the Condition for the Page in your report for the showing or hide the necessary pages.

Thank you.

Okay I will attempt to rephrase myself.

I attempted to use the "conditions" option, however that is under appearance and what I basically need is to be able to switch between which version(page) of the report that will be printed out.

I do not know how you send a sample of a report? is that an option in the designer?

Hello.

Please, go to File -> Save menu and sen us this report template.

Could you also specify which our Designer you use or how you run it?

Thank you.

I am using the 2014 designer, and unless there is something I am overlooking I would say I am running it normally. I was told I could add a bit somewhere to make the report understand it had to switch back and forth, but sadly I forgot both the link and the further instructions.

Hey,

Thank you Aleksey for the example, but could you maybe explain to me how the condition you put in works? and possibly how the boolean works too?

Hello,

Please check the Condition for pages. In it uses the expression and if it false then the component is enabled set to false and the page does not show.

Thank you.
