User can't view the content of a report that has Bookmarks /

Hi,

We have a user that can't view reports that we generate using Stimulsoft if the report includes Bookmarks.
The content is empty, and if he clicks in the report, he get's a crash.

Please find attached a simple application that I made to validate that he can't see the book marks.
Also, find the content of the information window he gets after the crash.

The error report was generated with the 15.2 version of Stimulsoft.
I gave him a version of my simple program with the 2016.1 version, but he still has the same problem.

Hello.

Sorry, but we can't reproduce your issue.
Do you get the issue on one machine only?
Do you get it every time or occasionally?
Could you specify which operation system is installed on this machine?
Version of .Net Framework?
Maybe some other information that will help us to reproduce and solve the issue.

Hi,

This issue is only reproducible on one computer. We haven't been able to reproduce on any other machine.
This issue is reproducible all the time on his machine, it sin't intermittent.
The user is using Windows 7, and hsi .Net version is fairly recent (4.0.30319.42000).
The user is in Jordan, but:
CultureUI: English (United States), Culture:English (United States)
Encoding: Western European (Windows)
The user has a Thinkpad W series, but we have other users that have the same computer and don't have this issue.

Hello,

As a way, please try to remove the settings folder by the following path:
[C]:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\
