Suggested Enhancement - Additional Date Formats for Reports

In the Text Format dialog, can we have a MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY formats that includes zeros?

For example, 05/01/2007 and 01/05/2007

Reports look better when all the date fields are the same length.
