2016.1.14 needed for released 2016.1

Hello,
I use 2016.1 version compiled myself from sources (because our extended support for NLS).
But now I need a fix "EngineV2. When using business objects and placing detail bands in the sub-report duplication of fetail bands occured." contained in version 2016.1.14

Is there a possibility to send me a patch file with this fix for version 2016.1?
