Layout used on the demo site

I want to replicate the layout of this page:

I couldn't find this is the sample folder of the installation. Is this code available or can you tell me how you created the tree and the animated menus in the report?

This sample, including a new animated menu for WebViewer will be available in release 2011.3, which is scheduled for December, 1.

What type of control did you use to create the report tree on the left side of the screen? That is what I am really interested in replicating.
