Wanted for contract hire - freelance Reports.Fx developer

We are developing an application for live sports scoring and have a significant number of reports to create.
We are planning to leverage Reports.Fx, and I would like to hire someone on a contract basis to help with reporting.

We are a US corporation based in Charlotte, NC, but there is no requirement that the report developer be located in US, just that they can communicate in English.
My expectation is that the work would take as long as 6 months working 40 hours / week, and there might be more work if someone were interested.

Our core technology is Flex/AS3 on the client side (which includes a local client SQL DB in Flex) and Ruby on Rails on the server side.
All initial reporting would be done client side in Flex against both a SQL DB and against generated XML.

If anyone here is interested we would of course love to find someone with direct Reports.Fx experience.
If anyone has any other advice about finding someone to help with this I would gladly welcome it. I am looking a elance.com and vWorker.
