Border not showing

Border on ColumnFooterBand isnt' shown. Tested on HTML, HTML5 and PDF. It only shows the border in the designer as shown on the attached image.

We couldn't reproduce this bug on our test reports.

Please send us you a simple report with test data which reproduces the issue for analysis.
