consultant for a fee?

I believe that Stimulsoft Report Designer software could produce a printed report that I require.

The problem is I have only a single project and therefore purchasing and learning the program makes no sense.

Do you know of anyone who uses the program who would be interested in helping me as a consultant for a fee?

My data is a Pilots log book in Excel 2003 format and I need it printing in an original log book format.

I can send (if requested) data and log book examples.
