Designer: save report failes

Hello,

I have problems with saving changes in a report with designer.exe.
When I call the designer from my application and make any change to a report, it asks me if to save on closing.
But the changes are not saved. The same way it can happen when I open the designer directly.
I can save a mrt-file in a certain directory, but when I copy it to a different folder, it does not work any more.
'Save as' and overwrite does always work.
Version is 2011.3. Is this a known issue?
Please help.

Please send us a sample project which reproduces the issue for analysis.
