Hi
I have a report which contains 2 primary tables, which are linked via a 3rd
So
ParentTable (ParentId)
LinkTable (LinkFromParentId, LInkToChildId)
ChildTable (ChildId)
when I build the report, i create the relationships, and prevent the LinkTable databand from showing by setting it's height to 0.
This is a little messy in the designer - I think it would be a good feature to add a 'Visible' property to a databand, which would just prevent that band from appearing in the preview.
Thanks,
Jon.
Hiding a Databand - feature Request
Re: Hiding a Databand - feature Request
Hi Jon,
Thank you for the suggestion, we will have a think about that.
As a workaround in a meantime, is it possible to modify the data in a way, that only 1 relationship between the 1st and the 3rd datasources is only required? It is probably easier to suggest than to achieve, but it is doable I think in case if the DataSources are SQL - based?
Thank you,
Edward
