Watermark behind a Rich Text control

I tried putting a textbox that is stretched across the whole page to get a watermark. While all textbox controls allow the watermark to show through (after setting the background to transparent), when I put a rich text control over it, it doesn't show through (the RTF control does not have this property).

You can use property Watermarks of each Page.
