BeforePrint event problem

I've implemented a mrt report with the intention of using the DataBand BeforePrint event to show or hide the DataBand.

The report in question is being used from native Silverlight.

Unfortunately the event doesn't seem to be working - it appears that the BeforePrint isn't being called at all regardless of what I try to implement.

Please can you provide a working example or guidance of what needs to be done to make the code in the BeforePrint execute.
