column chart (how can this be achieved)

How can this be achieved? Please see attached images.

I want my column chart to look like the image (attached).

I am using Clustered Column. Should this be attainable using other column types?

And what properties should I set?

Previously, I set "Value Data Column" and "Argument Data Column".

With the chart (column) that I want to achieve, what properties should I set?
