Data Not Lining up and showing duplicates

I have this report I'm working on which seems to display all the values I need but unfortunately they are not lining up as I want them to even after using Global Hide in the properties. How to I remove these Extra Text like "Appraisal and Flood" and the associated Blanks. Then Under the Total Amt Paid and Total Amt Received Columns I would like to center those values . Any ideas will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Never mind I fixed it. I did it from the sql code I was using. I introduced MAX function in my query after doing a data pivot. It works now. This is what I wanted it to look like unlike the above one.
