Data Not Lining up and has a ton of duplicates

What is the most effective way /option should I use to have this display as the bottom part of this screen shot. I Used Global Remove Text in the properties but that seems to work for the Loan Number and the Borrower. However, with the Description and other columns I have repeating data points like for instance this loan has 3 Credit amounts showing but It's including the blanks and the Dates and not lining up as the bottom section of the screen shot. Any suggestions/help will be highly appreciated. FYI: I did try the MIN and MAX within the Sql Query and that only displays 1 row per Description but I would like all rows for Credit, Amt Paid and Date paid displaying too.
