Foot page - text field

does anyone have or had any experience when you are using a foot page with some text fields, and after saving the report, or on the next time the report is open, these fields are pushed to the middle of the report page? it is not easy to reproduce it, this annoy a lot, and we think that it should be fixed. thx.
