Problem with distances between points at the chart

Hello,
How can I enable respecting distance between two points in chart? I mean I want to have longer distance between neighboring points 15:00:00 and 16:45:10 than between neighboring points 16:45:10 and 16:45:15. At the below sample it looks like distance between each point is the same.
I've attached sample files for the issue reproduction.
