Problem with mismatch on template and resulting report

Hi !

We are getting to the end of our development, we had someone in our team in USA do the report templates and send them over to us (in Canada, Québec) for review and implementation. The reports looks great, but the template got shifted up for some reason, and we also have quite a bit of trouble with the vertical lines. They won't stay were we put them, and from the look of the report tree, they are not in the container they should be in.

Someone here though that the shapes in the report could be causing this and removed them from a page for testing purpose, and he got the vertical lines right (for the shifting, we seem to be able to fix it by reshifting down what was shifted up.

Is there anything we should know about the vertical lines to prevent them from moving from where we place them in the report, and is there any known explanation for why would stuff be shifted up in a report when you send it over email ? (maybe something with regional settings ??)

We can provide the template, the xml used to fill data and a pdf of the result from our USA resource.
