Problems with export Excel 97-2003

I'm now trying to export .xls file from toolbar,however,I always get an empty file.
As the picture below.


I want to know wheather i forgot some settings.

Hello,

Unfortunately, for JS Desinger export to Excel format 97-2003 is not supported.
For JS Designer only Excel 2007 format export is supported.
