Designer not start

I tried to use a Designer but it won't start. Just silently died.
I looked in Event Viewer and found several messages related to this:

In the meantime, while I'm waiting for your answer, I checked the state of the operating system with the DISM tool and unfortunately nothing has changed, the program still doesn't work.

Hello,

An error related to ntdll.dll can occur for various reasons, including corrupted system files, hardware problems, etc
- Ensure that you have installed all the latest Windows updates.
- Check System Files: Run a system file check using the command sfc/scannow.
- Update Drivers: Update the drivers for your hardware, especially graphics and other crucial com-ponents.
- Reinstall the application.
- Check for Malware: Scan your system for viruses or other malware that might be causing issues.

Thank you for your reply. As you can see in my previous post I did everything to check the integrity of my windows OS and it is confirmed as valid. Indeed I reinstalled my application and nothing changed.

Unfortunately, we can not provide any solution.
First of all, we have never encountered such a problem. Secondly, most likely, this problem is related to the system itself (ntdll), not to the designer itself.

Problem was with print spooler. Problem solved.
