We are using Stimulsoft Server Version: 2025.2.5, which has been in operation since June 2, 2025, with ASP.NET. I have two questions:
I have several dashboards shared from Stimulsoft Dashboard. Currently, when we access these dashboards, they function properly. However, when we try to access them again after about three days, an error occurs: "An Error Occurred..." (see attachment)". Interestingly, when I reopen the dashboard, it can be accessed again from the client side. How can we ensure continuous access without any intervention on the server side ?
I would like to restrict access to dashboards/reports shared through the Stimulsoft server so that they can only be opened by certain domains or subdomains. How can this be achieved?

When you downloaded, which version did you install? There was a similar issue that has been fixed. Please try downloading the latest version from the website again and install it.
