Vertical alignment of components within bands

How can I set a vertical alignment of a text within a databand ?
My databand can grow to different heights (depending on the included subreport).
Of course I could achive this by e.g. grow to height or process duplicates, but I´d like to KEEP a defined TEXT HEIGHT !
The text should be centered in vertical middle on the left...

At this moment you can use only Dock property. Property Anchors for components at this moment in progress.
