Preview: how to determine if report has been edited

In preview i can modify pages. So the editor appears, then when i exit from the editor it asks me if i want to retain modifications, then it returns to the preview.

But if then i exit form the preview without saving report (through the save button in the upper left) all modifications are lost. Is there a wat to determine if report has been edited, so when it is closed from the preview i may display a message such as "Save modifications?"?

At this moment our report engine don't have special indicator. We need time to add this feature. I will inform you about progress in this topic.
