Both the app pools are configured the same way, the only difference is that the one where the dashboard doesn't work is extensively used with a lot of sessions.
Does it require to enable 32-bit applications? The app must run at 64-bit to address the 2gb memory limits for some massive procedures.
I'll check the memory limits and queue throttling, for now they are on default settings.

My point is that is there a problem with the workers configuration, and not with the dasboard itself, as the timeout occurs even with a new empty dashboard file.
I'll try to get the number of workers raised, as per default it's still set to 1, which worked flawlessly with a small number of sessions but now we have many more.
