Regarding the issue reported in the report, we performed additional tests using version 2026.2.3 and verified that the problem has not yet been resolved.

The reported behavior continues to occur in the mentioned version.

I am following the same procedure demonstrated in the video provided by your team, but without success.

The tests were performed using the same version mentioned, 2026.2.3, and the reported behavior continues to occur in my environment.

Dear,

I performed several tests using different browsers and identified that the issue occurs in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and other Chromium-based browsers.

However, when performing the same test in Mozilla Firefox, the behavior could not be reproduced. In Firefox, the report was downloaded correctly and was properly recognized and saved with the .pdf extension.

I verified the behavior in my environment, and the field is available in Chromium-based browsers, such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
