I am a long term Stimulsoft User. When migrating to a new computer, I noticed a stupid
Microsoft Office 2013 issue with the Demo Data.
Your Demo Database:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stimulsoft Reports.Ultimate 2014.3 Trial\Bin\Data\NWIND.MDB
is in a very anccient format (Access 97 or something very very old).
Recent Office 2013 64bit Access versions can't open the file - and there is no way to convert it

Here some MS "official" comments on this topic:

I face palm on thisThe only answer I got from Microsoft was "use an intermediate version of Access".
I DON'T have an intermediate version of Access that's why I bought 2013

Can you please use the "accdb" file format in upcoming versions and can you please put
a converted "accdb" in the forum?
Thank you a lot!
